Ciao Roma!

Hi,
in early May I will once again have the pleasure to present an event in the italian capital: Rome!

There I will present the Volkswagen Junior World Masters for the second time after 2010 in Madrid.

It is an international football / soccer tournament for children from 12 to 14 years, with teams coming from over 20 countries around the world. It's a kind of mini World Cup.

I really like thinking back to the event of 2010. That may sound a bit pathetic, but I definitively kept in my heart the pictures of all these children from different regions of the world sharing their passion, their sports-rivalry and their joy and their pride to be part of this event.

A further thing, that really makes me looking forward to this job even more, is the cooperation between Volkswagen and the AS Rome, "my" favorite team!

Thanks to this cooperation, I will host the awarding ceremony on the hallowed turf of the "Stadio Olimpico", in front of the sold-out grandstands with thousands of "tifosi" just a few minutes before the kick-off of the Serie A blockbuster Roma - Juventus! Goosebumps...
Afterwards the whole Junior World Masters crew and all the participating kids will watch the match!

Well then, see you from May 7th to 11th in Rome!
