Hi folks!
The summer break is over and it's time to get back to work with interesting projects.
Next week I am booked for the multilingual presentation of the vernissage of a very significant exhibition: Guernica - Icon of peace - Pablo Picasso, Jacqueline de la Baume Dürrbach and 33 contemporary artworks for peace.
This exhibition takes place on the occasion of the 100 years since the end of World War I, the 100th anniversary of the First Republic of Austria and the 100 years of separation of North and South Tyrol.
The sensational main exhibit is Pablo Picasso's and Jacqueline de La Baume Dürrbach's 1955 version of the work of strong visual impact Guernica, which was painted by Pablo Picasso himself in 1937.
This exhibition is unique not only for Austria, but it also acts as a symbol for the peaceful coexistence throughout Europe. That's why many high-profile personalities - including Austria's President Alexander Van der Bellen - are among the guests at the vernissage.
I am very proud to have been commissioned by the publishers of the art magazine Kaleidoscope - the organizer of the exhibition - to host this important vernissage.
Well then see you on September 20th at the Hofburg – the Imperial Palace in Innsbruck!
